Health and Safety Instructor – Development Opportunity
The Safety Maintenance Company is pleased to announce an exciting development opportunity for an experienced construction professional who is looking to progress their career into Health and Safety training and instruction.
This full-time, permanent role is suited to individuals with a minimum of two years’ construction industry experience and a passion for developing others, who may not yet hold CITB or formal instructor accreditations but are keen to achieve them with full employer support.
Based primarily across our Leeds and Derby training centres, the role will also involve occasional nationwide delivery as we continue to grow our client base.
We are a well-established provider of accredited training to the construction, manufacturing and education sectors, recognised for our high standards, professional delivery and supportive, people-focused culture.
The Role
As a Health and Safety Instructor, you will be developed into a key member of our training team, delivering high-quality, compliant training that meets awarding body standards and supports our clients in maintaining safe and competent workforces.
You will work closely with experienced instructors, our management team and awarding bodies, receiving structured support and mentoring as you build your instructional skills and gain additional qualifications.
