Who Needs IPAF Training?
IPAF courses are designed for workers operating or managing Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs). This includes cherry pickers, scissor lifts and boom lifts. An IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) License is the industry standard for anyone operating powered access equipment.
Most industry jobs now require IPAF certification for safety and compliance. This makes the Powered Access Licence (or PAL Card) essential for employment.
