Michael Havercroft

Director – Sales/Operations

Michael comes from the Mechanical & Electrical sector, where he worked and trained as an electrician, before moving on to Electrical design and project management. Michael has as strong understanding of the construction industry at varied levels. From operative to management Michael has worked and dealt with many levels of the sector and has a strong understanding of the clients needs and demands of their business. In his spare time Michael spends his time walking his dog, surfing and playing music.

Damian Dunne

Director – Sales/Operations

Damian has previously worked in the Mechanical & Electrical sector before starting up TSMC with his 3 partners. Damian worked and trained as an electrician before moving on to Electrical Design and Electrical Estimating. Damian has a lot of experience of the construction industry after working at various levels throughout his carer. His experience of preparing and submitting bids for major contracts is a major attribute for the business. In his spare time Damian spends time with his wife and Daughter and is also looking forward to the arrival of his second child.

Stuart Goldthorp

Director – Instructor

Stuart has had a strong back ground in the engineering industry before moving in to the access industry. Stuart then work his way through the industry starting off as a scaffolder and then moving in to a management role. Due to Stuarts engineering back ground he started to get involved with M.E.W.P.S as they were introduced to the country on a wide scale in the 1980’s. Stuart then moved in to the training sector in 2004 before setting up TSMC with his partners. Outside of work Stuart is a big family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Also Stuart has just become a Grandad for the first time with the arrival of his grandson Oscar.

Tony Havercroft

Director – IPAF Instructor/Sales

Tony has 34 years experience in the working at height industry, working as a scaffolder and Contracts manager before moving on to the hire and sales of M.E.W.P.S. Tony also worked for lead manufacturer Genie as a key sales representative for the UK and eventually heading up sales for Genie Europe. Tony eventually became a director at UPLIFT before its sale to AFI. Tony set AFI resale up before deciding to open TSMC with his three partners. Outside of work Tony spends his time with his wife traveling and seeing new places. Also Tony is a big Rugby League and Football supporter.

Patrick Lamb

Sales Manager

Patrick has a strong back ground in sales and management and has used his skills in a number of industries, before settling in the training industry. Patrick has also spent a number of years running his own business, which was holding the rights to an exclusive drinks product that involved export throughout the European union. Patrick is married and has two children. Patrick has also spent a lot of time travelling the world and experiencing new cultures.

Danielle Norfolk

Business Marketing & Admin Assistant

Danielle Is currently undertaking an apprenticeship in Marketing. Danielle’s role is currently Business Admin Assistant supporting the management team on a day to day basis. Danielle is a keen Leeds Rhinos supporter and is a season ticket holder. Danielle also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

David Bolam

Teacher/Instructor

David is our in house H&S practitioner and mainly delivers our CITB and Electrical courses as well as leading our H&S consultancy side of the business. David started off his carer as an electrician before working at Carlsberg Tetley and eventually becoming their Engineering manager. David then moved in to teaching, delivering Electrical qualifications and H&S courses. David is a big family man and a passionate Leeds Rhinos supporter. David also enjoys holidays in Spain with his wife.
