Course Aims
To enable trainees to gain a Mental Health First Aid England award in Adult Mental Health First Aid.

Pre-Course Requirements
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of our course students should be aware of that some people can find certain parts of the course difficult, although our instructors help everyone to feel safe and comfortable.
The MHFA standard course is split in 4 manageable parts.

- Anxiety and depression
- Psychosis
Additional Information
After three years learners must undertake a two day Level 4 First Aid at Work Re-qualification Course to keep their First Aid at Work qualification valid.
