Meet The Team

Laura Whitehead

Office administrator

Laura is part of the administration team. Some of Laura’s day to day tasks are dealing with queries, setting up courses, ordering certificates and just generally helping things tick over. Between the admin team they will be there to greet you on a morning and are on hand to deal with any queries.

Danielle Norfolk

Admin and Operations

Danielle is in charge of the team that keep all of the operations together – Danielle’s team make sure the instructors know what they are doing, the courses are set up on the day, your certificates are getting out to you on time and her team will be here to greet you when you arrive on the morning of your course.

Patrick Lamb / Jodie Ward / Rita Shoultz

Sales Person

Jodie manages the sales that come through the business while working alongside Patrick Lamb and Rita Shoultz. At some point Jodie, Patrick and Rita will have spoken to you regarding your training. If you need anything from course prices or general training information, Jodie, Patrick and Rita are always happy to help where ever possible.

Stuart Goldthorp

Director – Instructor

One of the founding fathers of the Safety Maintenance company, Stuart specialises in working at height having over 35 years experience within the access industry. Stuart is also responsible for making sure that the courses are being delivered as per the accreditations specific requirements.

Stephen Barefoot


Stephen delivers IPAF and PASMA training between both our Leeds and Derby Training centres. Stephen is a very experienced working at height instructor and passes on his practical knowledge to our customers that he has built up over the years from working in and around the working at height industry.

Danial James

Inhouse CITB tutor

Daniel is our inhouse CITB tutor, he is also accredited to deliver IPAF and PASMA training. Daniel has worked in and around the construction industry for a number of years and uses his experience from industry to deliver relevant and up to date training to our customers.

Nathan St George / Chloe Findley

Admin Assistant

Part of Danielle’s team Nathan and Chloe are on hand to deal with any queries you have about your course, either on the day, before your course or after. The team will be there on the morning to greet you and direct you to your course. So look out for the girls when you arrive on the day.

Chris Green

Book Keeper/Credit Control

Chris works along side Damian in keeping our accounts together. Chris also oversees our credit control, making sure all outstanding debts are kept to a minimum.

Tony Havercroft

Director – IPAF Instructor/Sales Consultant

Tony is our main IPAF instructor the business and delivers most of the companies training on this accreditation. Tony has a lot of sales experience and consultants the directors and sales team on sales and marketing.

Damian Dunne

Director – Operations/Finance/Consultancy

Damian’s main roles within the business involves the operations of the business and all things financial. Damian works along side John and Michael with the consultancy side of the business. Damian also gives senior advice to clients on their training and the requirements of legislation and best practice.

Michael Havercroft

Director – Operations/Marketing/Consultancy

Working across all parts of the business and having a lot of experience within the constructions industry, Michael is on hand to give customers the more in depth and relevant advice on their training. Michael also manages the marketing campaigns as well as taking the lead on the consultancy side of the business.
